She has advised Fortune 500, private equity, and venture-backed companies, holding leadership roles at Vault Health and Revantage, a Blackstone company, and working for well-known brands like Campbell Soup and Morton Salt.
Steph partners with clients to develop Total Rewards strategies that align with company culture, HR operations, and business goals. She specializes in designing compensation structures, bonus programs, and commission plans that drive performance and growth. Working closely with executives and compensation committees, she builds market-competitive, data-driven, and equitable pay programs. With strong financial acumen, she collaborates with CFOs and finance teams to balance budgets with competitive rewards.
Known for making complex concepts clear and actionable, Steph ensures Total Rewards programs are structured, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. She streamlines compensation planning, including annual merit and bonus cycles, commission administration, and HR operations, always considering what’s practical and sustainable for HR teams.
Steph received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Saint Joseph’s University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), and Change Management Practitioner.
