Steph Brogan, Founder

Steph is a seasoned human resources professional with 20 years of experience in steering startups and global enterprises towards success. She has held HR leadership roles at Vault Health and Revantage, a Blackstone company. In addition, she has worked for some of the most well-known brands, such as Campbell Soup and Morton Salt. With experience across Fortune 500, private equity, and venture capital backed companies, Steph has been at the forefront of strategic decision-making, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and compensation committees. Her focus on talent and organizational design has consistently optimized business objectives.

With a specialized background in M&A, she led HR due diligence and the seamless integration of the largest private real estate transaction of Gramercy Property Trust. She approaches every recommendation with a business mindset led by facts and data. Her unique perspective, honed through years of leading HR teams, ensures that people strategies align with overall business goals.

Bringing structure and scale to complex growth challenges, Steph has a proven track record of crafting scalable people frameworks tailored to the unique needs of hyper-growth companies. Her expertise lies in designing global strategic initiatives around total rewards, talent acquisition, people operations, and organizational design. Steph received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Saint Joseph’s University. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Group Benefits Associate (GBA) licenses and Change Management Practitioner certification.
