She has held leadership roles at Vault Health and Revantage, a Blackstone company, and worked with well-known brands including Campbell Soup and Morton Salt.

Drawing on this background, Steph delivers scalable solutions that simplify complex processes and strengthen HR’s ability to operate strategically, adapt to growth, and support long-term business performance. She partners with executives and compensation committees to design compensation and incentive programs that align with business goals while rewarding and motivating employees.

Steph received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Saint Joseph’s University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), and Change Management Practitioner.
